Sebastian Remke obtained his Bachelor in Chemistry at the University Leipzig. Afterwards he enrolled at the Technical University of Munich for a master in chemistry with the focus on technical and macromolecular chemistry. During his master studies he had an internship at Wacker Chemie AG in Munich and stayed one semester abroad at the Chalmer University of Technology (Gothenburg, Sweden). For his master thesis Sebastian Remke investigated the ring opening polymerisation of monomers derived from camphor and p-dioxanone. In Mai 2021 Sebastian joined the Gädt group as a PhD student. His research focuses on reactive organic binder systems and their use in inorganic suspensions.
