Research Areas

We are mainly interested in laser spectroscopy and multiphoton ionization of molecules and weakly bound clusters. We investigate i) fast dynamic processes like energy redistribution and charge transfer which are primary processes of photochemical reactions ii) the structure of clusters in order to understand the microsolvation of organic molecules iii) the fragmentation kinetics of molecular and cluster ions in order to determine their binding energetics.
