Information about finding Garching Forschungszentrum and the chemistry can be found here. 

The laboratories are in the orange tower (CH6) in the north wing. You can reach the offices by going through the lab (Door 4 of Room 26202 (Floor 2, Tower 6, 2=North, Room 02). Visual turn-by-turn directions can be found below in the slideshow.
