Teaching philosophy of PD Dr. Seidel
The university is the place for students to be supported in the development process to an academic personality. The corresponding framework is designed so that the best possible conditions for a variety of professional and personal development opportunities are created. The encouragement of creativity and dialogue is a prerequisite for innovative scientific thinking and acting. This is achieved through a combination of research and teaching. Teaching is an agile, respectful exchanges between teacher and student, and I see myself, depending on the course, as a professionally and didactically competent teacher, coach, facilitator or mentor who accompanies the individual learning processes active. My goal is to conduct students to their intellectual and personal autonomy. Through their scientific competence and social skills graduated students should act in their professional live confidently and creatively. The course offers are designed that technically competent, independent, problem-and solution-oriented learning is encouraged. The curriculum is constantly refined, so a flexible and future-oriented knowledge is possible. Teaching activities are focussed on analytical and bioanalytical methods.
